State filing requirements
Since you have established a residency in Pennsylvania you will be required to file an income tax return for that state. And since you were a part-year resident of New York, plus work and own a business located in New York, you will need to file there as well.
okay thanks
but to my understanding, i will need to file two separate federal taxes one for each state, and two separate state taxes as well one for each state, if im right do i still use my philadlephia address on the new york tax

Re: tax in different states
No, you will only file one federal tax return. But you will file two state tax returns, and perhaps local city returns as well depending on exactly where you live and do business. And you would use your mailing address on all of the returns.
I strongly suggest that you have a tax professional prepare your returns for you, as multiple state/local returns with a business to report as well is something that is almost always beyond the grasp of a lay person.

Yes, any qualified tax professional in your area should have experience doing nearby state tax returns.
